WHO WE SERVE
Providing for survivors of sexual assault.
Learn more about how we provide psychiatric service dogs to individuals who have experienced sexual assault. We match dogs with an individuals and visit survivor and women’s shelters to help lessen the effects of trauma and support survivors in everyday life.
Providing for individuals with eating disorders
We offer psychiatric service dogs to individuals currently recovering from eating disorders, both through individual matching programs and visits to in-patient facilities in the NOVA area.
Providing for the un-housed populatoion
Part of our mission is to support unhoused individuals in the District of Columbia who are experiencing psychiatric-related illnesses. We provide these services free of charge through needs-based matching and group visits to homeless shelters throughout the nation’s capital.
